Pilots on Vacation
Arizona is an absolutely beautiful state with many stunning natural vistas. Many of these staggeringly beautiful areas are within a short flight of Prescott or Cottonwood Arizona. If you're a pilot vacationing in our area, why not tour the area from the air?
This Could Be You!
Visiting pilots, you can rent our aircraft to get views just like the one to the left.
Leighnor Aircraft services many transient flight students in the local flight student population. Visiting pilots are no different, simply complete our checkout process and you too can be airborne admiring the Grand Canyon, the red rocks of Sedona, the Dells, the mountains around Flagstaff and more.
Your first step is to register for a free Flight Schedule Pro account, which is the tool we use to schedule and bill our aircraft rentals. Then fill out the online Aircraft Renter Application Form and Rental Agreement. After your Flight Schedule Pro account is approved, contact a flight instructor for a checkout.
Visiting pilots doing air tourism are welcome to rent our aircraft as needed. For longer rental periods, there is a minimum of 3 hours per day the airplane is out.
If you still have questions about air tourism, please contact us.
Our getting started page has more information on the steps to get started.
The photo of the Grand Canyon was taken from the cockpit of N60594 by one of our renter pilots, David Horning. This photo was also featured on the Facebook page "Only in Arizona".
