If you're wanting to learn to fly or already an experienced pilot, here's what you need to know to get off the ground. Here are three easy reasons to fly with Leighnor Aircraft.
I Don't Have A License And I Want To Fly!
The Cessna C-162 Skycatcher is a Light Sport Aircraft (LSA) that requires at least a Sport Pilot Certificate to fly. See this page to understand the training requirements for the Sport Pilot Certificate, Recreational Pilot Certificate and Private Pilot Certificate.
To understand the medical requirements for a Sport Pilot Certificate, visit this page from the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration). For a Sport Pilot Certificate, a US driver's license is the requirement. For a all other pilot certificates, you will need either a Class III Medical as given by an Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) or fly under the new BasicMed rule which your doctor can do. See this page from the FAA for more information on BasicMed.
